    • EAAFP全国ツル類ネットワーク交流会

      Read in English 日本国環境省 辻田香織   2016年5月26日から27日にかけて、EAAFPの渡り性水鳥重要生息地ネットワークに参加するツル類サイトの管理者(自治体及び関係NGO/NPO)を対象として、環境省主催で「全国ツル類ネットワーク交流会」を北海道根室市において開催しました。2014年にはガンカモ類サイトやシギ・チドリ類サイトの管理者を対象とした交流会を開催していますが、ツル類サイトの管理者を対象とした交流会としては初の開催となりました。   交流会の目的は、①ツル類の保全に関する国際・国内の動向を共有し、②サイト管理者間での経験共有・情報交換を促進し、③サイト間の連携強化に関する検討を行うことです。交流会には、国内のツル類の全7サイトのうち6サイトから自治体職員7名と関係NGOの職員6名が参加し、専門家やオブザーバー等も合わせて合計32名が参加しました。
